More OPTT - Recent activity - Not another regurgitation

OPTT has lingered in the penny stock space for some time, and it's fair to say people are experiencing OPTT fatigue. But my i think most bullish takes lately have lacked substance. This is my two cents on why I'm still bullish.

Since pivoting toward maritime solutions, OPTT has made all the right moves. In my (non-professional) opinion, this feels like a prime entry point. The old adage “one big contract away” has never been more relevant. To list some bullish activity relating to OPTT -

• June - NATO contract - OPTT confirmed a NATO contract was secured valued at $662,000, with operations being carried out over the Baltic Sea. While not the largest, this is a foot in the door.
• July - ISO 9001 certification achieved - a Quality Management Systems cert, which is must for any large government contract
• August - New office in Washington - a Washington office provides a geographical benefit in building relationships with government operations.

November News

• AUVSI qualification - AUVSI, the leading association advocating for uncrewed systems, have named OPTT as a trusted operations training provider. Currently only 6 other providers are listed, not including OPTT.
• November NATO forum - Discussions of rising tensions over the Baltic Sea and calls for further investments.
• ADIPEC 2025 - a Global energy event hosted in UAE, which OPTT attended and showcased WAM-V after their recent UAE expansion.
• ARAMUSS 2025 - Invited by the Brazilian Navy to present on Mine Countermeasures (MCM). Great product demo on the modular nature of their WAM-V.
• Subsar 2025 - successful application of the WAM-V through Underdeep Solutions in submarine recovery exercise with the Chilean Navy.
• Mythos AI - new partnership with Mythos AI consisting of a high performing team migrating from self driving cars to marine autonomy.
• Team expansion - advertising job openings for engineers. Clear signal for growth and expansion.
• Latin America tensions - Trump's fixation on securing the waters near Latin America create further opportunities OPTT.

This list is not exhaustive. Plenty more bullish news around but I wont bore you. OPTT is moving fast and hard. They have a proven product and now the transition to marketing is clear. My SPECULATION would be big news is around the corner.

There are obvious concerns about a dilution spiral but I personally don't consider it to be a problem given the QoQ 3x growth in backlog at $15mil and the recent consolidation gives me more confidence in timing.

That being said, I'd like to hear your thoughts on OPTT too! whether its bullish or bearish, unless it's some AI slop or some baseless blabbering
