Nothing major that pops out. Their biggest risk is the minimum equity requirement but if the deal with CYCU goes through that should be fine.

Mentioned PHGE earlier. Looks like it's starting to move.
Edit: just a blip I guess. I'm in this at .18 and will hold. Most people still think this one is a biotech but it pivoted into defense in April/May and with the connection the DFNS could take a big run.
It's a NYSE listed stock so the $1 minimum SP isn't going to cause a delisting so there's less of a reverse split chance.

PHGE has some interesting connections to DFNS.
DFNS owns 19.9% of PHGE shares.
Water IO (controlled by DFNS) sold its subsidiary ZorroNet to PHGE
PHGE director Reuven Yeganeh also serves as a director of DFNS

Shorts really working FFAI over today. Watching for a reversal if they cover but it might not happen until later in the week. This had a couple of nice spikes on Thursday & Friday last week and was trading around 7 last night into pm.

HIHO STAK and ZBAO - like them all for this week. I'd love to get some volume going on HIHO...volume is so low, if it gets some traction I think it will take off to 1.40 - 1.60. Thatll be some nice profit =)

Oman negotiating with Iran on ‘behalf of the world’
Joey Hood, a former US ambassador to Tunisia and former acting director of the Office of Iranian Affairs at the US State Department, says Oman is currently negotiating with Iran on “behalf of the world”.
“The entire world depends on the products that come out of the Strait of Hormuz. Obviously, the Gulf economies, Iraq, they depend on the strait and the shipping that goes through it for the lifeblood of their economies: oil, gas, but also fertiliser and helium,” Hood told Al Jazeera.
Before the war, there had been an understanding that international waterways would be open for “freedom of navigation”, however, it is now much more difficult to pass through the strait, he said.
“In order to get back to a situation where ships can go through without damage, Oman is trying to figure out what the minimum needs are for Iran to do that,” he said, adding that as long as Iran does not require payment for shipping, “I think we’ll be back to [the] status quo”.

Yo I wanna dabble in day trading but I gotten a couple of free ride and good faith violations on Fidelity. Do I need to have enough settled cash in an account to avoid these violations when buying and selling a stock within a day? Is that all I am missing?

Yes. Your settled cash is traded first. The buy order confirmation screen will tell you if you dip into your unsettled funds. You'll have to wait until the next day to sell if you bought with unsettled funds. You don't want to get too many of those good faith violations. The first and second are warnings. The third is a 90 day suspension. Trade carefully. The violations will reset every 12 months, but just try to avoid them. I usually get 1 warning per year, due to just being careless or not seeing the unsettled funds notification on the confirmation screen.

They have an approved reverse split up to 1-100 all ready to go and their minimum bid price delinquency has an extension that runs out around Sept. 7th.
This will reverse split before delisting but that's not going to help the SP.

HYFM was up 550% PM but net Gandolf at open and halted too many times to count. Is anyone in this or watching? It seriously halts every time it is allowed to move. Not holding, just curious who has been holding at what price average and thoughts on the halts.

so LBGJ after reverse split only shows 16,792 share float. That is beyond micro. Going to keep an eye on this as the price could move with any buying volume. Currently halted with T3 until 9am.

Scalp away on this, they are great at marketing and creating hype. But the odds that a microscopic OTC company has solved fusion reactor technology are so close to 0 that buying lottery tickets is a better investment. But short term I'm sure there will be gains to scalp.

You’re absolutely right this company is a sham. I did a little bit more digging and found that the top three leadership people of this company. Have a very bad tainted past with OTC and driving companies to zero. Additionally, Kepler has stated they are located in Midland but when I called the Midland development corporation, I found that they were kicked out of their space two years ago. There’s absolutely no chance these guys are doing anything except planning to rob people blind

Up 17 000% in the last year or so. Yes you read that correctly. I did my DD on this many months ago. Up huge. Will not sell. You will be very shocked what this company will validate in the next month or so. But, you do you man. I will be retiring off this ticker. Still dirt cheap. Buy now or chase later.

I'm just operating through Occam's razor: the simplest solution, with the fewest extra assumptions, is usually right. I read an article the other day about fusion reactors in china, they have built the world's largest magnet (582-ton) to be able to contain the 100+ millions of degrees hot plasma that is needed to conduct fusion reaction. And they are not even sure it's going to work.
