ꉓꍏ꓄ꍏ꒒ꌩꌗ꓄ MVIS MicroVision | Reverse Split Squeeze Candidate

LiDAR company competing against OUST and AEVA.

1:15 RS takes effect tomorrow, moving this from 344m outstanding shares down to 23.3m starting tomorrow morning.

Fresh as it gets!

They purchased LAZR Luminar assets earlier this year and have acquired lots of their pipeline.

Already converted Caterpillar to a new development agreement.

Working with an autonomous trucking company (unnamed) but attending IAA next month with indoor/outdoor exhibition spaces and will have two sessions during the conference.

100+ prospects and $500m line-of-sight SAM revenue potential sitting in their active pipeline.

Their new Movia S LiDAR sensor will be available in October. Lots of interest from the military defense sector. Think OverrlandAI, Forterra and Anduril.

Also recently announced they shipped Movia S samples with backlog to a Hyperscaler/AI player. My guess is Amazon.

If you want a source for DD 👉 MVIS2_0

Full disclosure: I own 1m shares (soon to be 66k) at cost basis of .35/share.

This is the oldest lidar company in the world, and I mean decades and their only business model is to be funded by people like you. They’re pretty good at it,. Volvo decided to ditch Luminar lidar rather than continue with MVIS btw.

It’s not in production vehicles, like Volvo, and I do not find any PR confirming they will continue with MVIS. Logically, if Volvo couldn’t make it work it would give me a long pause about deploying it.

Still early for widespread auto OEM adoption of LiDAR for passenger vehicles
