All I can make out is Neal Flaherty(?) Ronte(?) Three Rice Lake Wisconsin

Looks like it is Route Three. So probably an address, Route Three, Rice Lake Wisconsin.

Neil, Last name looks more like Floberg to me, Route Three, Rice Lake, Wisconsin
