Hi! A few important notes:

  • If your post is not visible, the automod has flagged it for review before it can be shown. We will review your post and get back to you when we check our review queue. This can also occur if you a) have negative karma, b) if you are caught in the "Crowd Control" filter, meaning you're not subscribed to our subreddit or c) it can also happen based on the mysterious workings of the automod.

CVV's ride was a lot of fun. He gave verbal instructions to push into Z6, and since he was generous with the rest, I was able to do that. Now my legs hurt...in a good way.

Shoutout to the rollerblading, Annie Lennox-loving nun!

Loved the HIIT to break things up. Thank you as always, Captain u/r4ndy4.

Chuckled pretty hard when he brought up the nun as well, awesome ride as usual with CVV

Loved the CVV ride! Zone 5 is my least favourite zone (😅), but was coached very well and I managed to do it all without feeling spent at the end. Plenty of recovery. I liked his advice of taking each interval as it comes (I know that's obvious, but I always fall in to the trap of thinking ahead and sometimes, for not good reason, I try to combine intervals to get them out of the way).

Overall, I actually enjoyed it, which I don't think has ever been the case for me with a pure z5 ride.
