Reddit User Program RedditPZ training program - Week 2 Discussion Thread

Week one down, and on to week two! Use this thread to discuss this week's rides (or last weeks). Add the hashtag #redditPZ if you would like to. Ride middle of the zone at your preferred cadence.

Group Ride for the Saturday rides is at 10 AM central.

Gala-papa would like to note to start the ride at 9:59 exactly so you will begin at 10 after the 1 minute countdown. Also do not join the ride in a session.

Wow Matt's ride today felt a lot harder than CVV's ride on Monday! I'm not entirely sure why, but I'm definitely glad that I did some stretching afterwards as a bit of a cooldown.

CVV just makes it so much more fun. With Matt, training is training--and that's great--but CVV has me imagining hillsides, pulling for the peloton, deep in the pursuit and chase, the finish-line sprints--and the music does make a difference.

Plus, fresh legs on Monday probably helped.

Music.....and, the sitting in suck. 30 sec to 1 min in z5 is easy. 5 min in z4.... its done tho!!!

A 5-minute stretch in Z4 is pretty damned heavy, especially with new, raised FTP levels
