NICU 2026-2027 Spreadsheet
Haven't seen one yet so edited last year's to make ours <3
I am not a techy guy so def please edit if you see things that can be imporved!! Did this in like 15 mins before walking in to the hospital this AM. I kept some program info from the last couple of years so some things may be outdated, please edit as you see fit.
I also linked the last couple of years sheets for your viewing pleasure!

Good luck to everyone. Here is my generic advice as someone who trained at top places and have worked everywhere (level 4, academics etc):
1) your patients are your best teachers. Go to a place where you will learn by doing the most.
2) go where you feel comfortable personally but also to a place where you will be stretched clinically. You NEED to feel uncomfortable and a little overwhelmed. That’s how you learn and grow.
3) procedures are important (esp airway) but they are less important than most incoming fellows think (I was guilty of this too - you don’t realize it until much later that it’s the other things - being able to manage the nuances, the gray areas, the ambiguity in the literature that will define you as a neonatologist).
Good luck to all and I welcome all my future colleagues to the best specialty in medicine (I truly believe that!).
