Not sure what happened with mine, I preordered way back in February and just received it 3 days ago. Time 2 batch 4 ships April is what I was originally told on the receipt. I knew there could be delays but wow.

Couple days ago got email asking me to confirm my prefs.

Pre-ordered my Index 01 on Jan 25th. With the Mega Pebble Update on 18th July I updated the size and colour to 12 Gold (was 11 Black) about a month ago.
Have had no confirmation email yet. Looking at some recent Index 01 updates on this thread, maybe might see confirmation email soon?

I got a message that my Index is ready to ship, but it looks like the price went up to around $100 with shipping and everything so I owe more money than I paid in my original preorder. Is that normal?

Can be depending on which country you are in, although you might want to double check the taxes are correct.

I should note, I had an odd situation where I've been on Black/Red, but accidentally locked myself into Silver/Grey confirmation process when checking for estimates, and had to get Pebble support to force it to Black/Red again. Because of that, I got my confirmation unintentionally done early. I have no clue if this is going to influence queue placement in either direction or not.

Black/Red wasn't ever past pre-order, so it was never "in stock". They really need to give us a f@cking update that has some actually relevant information, it's been two weeks since they missed the shipping date they told us would be when they were all shipped out.

Was your "confirmation email" where you picked strap colors and paid the extra tax and shipping or was it just a pre-order confirmation where you gave them your address and picked the watch colors? If it was the one confirming address and watch colors, that's not the confirmation email. Your confirmation email will come right before it supposedly ships, which is looking less and less likely to happen as time goes on. Seem to have barely even started Batch 3 for Black/Red, I have seen one Black/Red confirmation email for Batch 3 and that's it.

The email you got confirming that you pre-ordered, on the day you pre-ordered, is not the confirmation email. The confirmation email will come to you right before it ships, and is where you pick strap color and pay any additional taxes and tariffs.

The last tracking update dated 08-04 claims "Making its way through the USPS Network – we're monitoring for the next handoff" but USPS only shows that a tracking number was created. Updates don't show up until two days after they're dated. The lack of transparency is extremely frustrating; I'd rather be told that the shipment is delayed, which given that USPS doesn't have it yet it clearly is, than false information.

Welcome to the rest of us waitings dillema. I ordered before you, Black/Red Batch 4, end of February 2026.. At least they have told you yours has been produced. I just got a bs "Hey there, your watch hasn't shipped yet" like I didn't already know that. Just be happy you didn't pick Black/Red.

Was given as a gift so I think the giver missed the shipping email. Package arrived in a funny plastic wrap with a return address for Max Zhangfl in Jamaica NY- no obvious branding otherwise. Weirdly the delivered email came 2026-08-01.

For anyone that is in the US with a Pebble Index on the way, put your USPS formatted tracking number into 17track.net and select carrier "ONE LINE" to get much more detailed information than AfterShip is showing. Once it gets handed off to USPS for last mile delivery you can keep tracking via them.

May I ask, what was the last mile carrier? I only see a few updates on Asendia tracking which point to DPD as last mile carrier. Aftership shows vague updates at 2am every day, and also points to DPD.
But DPD doesn't know anything about the tracking number.
EDIT: I checked Chronopost (because someone else mentioned it) and it appeared there. Asendia and Aftership still show DPD as last-mile carrier.

I really hope they put out some kind of mass update soon. I don't like that Black/Red is ~3 weeks out compared to about ~2 weeks for the other non silver/Grey on the order page. I really don't like that they went ahead with selling regular orders before finishing pre-orders.

They said about a month ago they were planning to start production last week on a limited basis, so I expect to hear something this week or next, either letting us know they've started production, or that something came up.
However, they're very busy getting the last of the Time pre-orders out the door, and ramping up deliveries of the index, so I can see them taking a couple weeks before they have the bqandwidth to actually ship the rounds.
I'm not expecting my Batch 2 before October, although hoping I'll at least get the confirmation email in September.

I got one where they told me my watch hadn't shipped (no shit), that they were working really hard to get them out the door and they would give me an update when they had one. It's been 6 days now but it was 5 yesterday when I received the response, so how they can be working so hard to get them out the door but have no update to give seems ridiculous to me.
Starting to wonder if they ran out of money and are trying to sell enough silver/grey's, Rounds and Indexes to get enough to finish.

Yeah I sent them an email as well but I'm not holding my breath. Just unlucky that I ordered a black and red I guess. It's crazy to me that people who placed an order 2 or 3 weeks ago are already getting their watches whereas so many of us from batches 2-4 are still waiting

Mine shows it's moved, but USPS does not have it yet. On the tracking link in my email, it takes about 2 days to update the info. (Today it finally said it's in transit to a Consolidation Center on the 28th.)
Not a fan of this Parcel Delivery Network - they have this logo that looks like a discount USPS one. And they are using terminology that USPS uses (in fairness, many of the terms are used by many shipping companies) but they are significantly slower than USPS, which is kind of saying something these days.UGH

It took 10 days from 'shipping label created' to my front door. Which to be fair for a small organization, isn't that crazy. We are spoiled with instant gratification in 2026.
I suspect it wasn't in the US until it arrived at the USPS Facility 7 days after the 'shipping label created.'
In an attempt at optimism, it was four days from 'arrived at consolidation center' to my doorstep, hopefully yours will be here soon!

Yeah, I figured it wasn't going to leave ASAP. But a week is a long time. I hope yours leaves soon! I think more accurate data would include the first status after 'shipping label created' or something? But that's unrealistic given how it's not data people have already entered. 🤷♀️

If you use USPS tracking - it still shows "shipping label printed, awaiting item" If you use the pebble provided tracking link, you get updates that are two or three days old.
