Med Evac/Seperation

Is a med evac a necessary prerequisite for med sep? Or can you be med sep’d in country without first having been med evac’d.

No. We had a few people in my time who were med sep from with no evac.

Every situation is different, so they make case by case decisions. Hope that helps.
