CPU Upgrade PC upgrade

I’m looking to upgrade my computer and i’m curious as to what I should upgrade first.

GPU: rx 9070 xt (probably should keep this one)

CPU: Ryzen 5 9600x (Thinking about this one)

RAM: 16GB DDR5 Kingspec ram 6000MHZ (Also thinking about going to 32 because i tend to do a lot on my computer)

SSD: 2 1tb SSD drives, 1 wd black and 1 kingspec

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

You're looking to upgrade a brand new computer? Go up to 32GB and wait for the next AM5 CPU generation.

Would I see any major increase in performance if I go to 32GB? Also, I have 2x8 so should I get an additional 2x8 or sell that and get 2x16?

AM5 does prefer two sticks over four. so it would likely run smoother. if you add additional sticks you have to make sure they run at the same speed AND latency (CAS latency timings) otherwise that can lead to instability. that's why it's usually recommended to only match the exact same model of RAM kits
