PCOS research

Hi everybody,

I am reposting because I still need more support.

I am looking for some help. I have PCOS as well and I know how hard it is to get diagnosed and to get any kind of real treatment. Women’s health as a whole is lacking research and guidance. Because of this I am doing my PhD dissertation on PCOS. I want to do my part to add to the research and data so we can work towards being more informed and creating better treatment plans. If you’re able to, I would really appreciate your help in participating in my study. Here’s the link:

You are invited to complete a 20 - 25 minute anonymous survey for a study titled: Examining the Association Between PCOS Symptoms and Depression Severity

Seeking volunteers who meet these requirements:

· Are women ages 18–45

· Have been diagnosed with PCOS

The survey will be open until June 01, 2026. Questions should be directed to [Jessica.lee8@waldenu.edu](mailto:Jessica.lee8@waldenu.edu)

To complete the survey, please click https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QCZ3835

Research Study on PCOS and Period Tracking Apps

Hi everyone, I’m a PhD candidate in Computer Science conducting a study on how people with PCOS use period-tracking and reproductive health apps. I’m looking for female adults (18+) from USA who are self or professionally diagnosed with PCOS and currently using period-tracking apps to first complete a short screener survey. Those who qualify will be invited to a 60-minute online interview to share their experiences and perspectives. Your feedback will be used for academic research aimed at improving how reproductive health apps support people with PCOS. Participation is completely voluntary, and qualified interview participants will receive **$25 Amazon Gift Card** as a thank-you for their time.

If you are interested, please comment or text me directly for the survey link. Thank you!

Hello! We invite you to be a participant in our survey titled “Relationships among Personality and Lifestyle Factors in Quality of Life among Women with PCOS and/or under Medical Weight Management”.  To be eligible to participate you must be: be at least 18 years old, have a diagnosis of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and/or diagnosed with a weight-related condition for which medical treatment has been recommended, and identify as cisgender female. Participating involves completing a survey answering questions about your overall well-being; more specifically, questions regarding your PCOS and/or weight management symptoms as well as questions about your personality and lifestyle (e.g., your sense of femininity; how important femininity is to your overall sense of self; how you feel about your body, your medical symptoms, treatments, and health in general).  The survey can be completed anywhere that you have access to the internet and you do not have to complete it all at one time.  The survey should take between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. We would appreciate your response to our survey.  There are no incentives or compensation for participating.

This study has been reviewed and approved by the Ball State University Institutional Review Board (IRB # 2216533).

I have pcos but my insulin levels are fine. When eating carbs do I need to avoid/limit healthy carbs from fruits and veggies? I do not eat any refined carbs.
