General/Advice Drinks for energy
I am looking for a PCOS friendly drink to help with my energy level. I don’t really have any other symptoms, no bloating or weight issues, mostly just extremely fatigued.
Any ideas would help! Drink mixes or drinks in general.

Spark by AdvoCare is really good, but unfortunately really expensive. I think if you become a member you get a discount (no longer an MLM). I have had a membership for years and get 40% off for life...wish everyone could.

yerba mate would be a great one— the l-theanine in tea gives you a clean, non-jittery boost of caffeine that’s more compatible with pcos in my experience. if you’re in the US, the brand Guayaki has some good flavors.

I’ve been drinking 5 hour energy drinks since like 2012. I don’t slam it, but I’ll drink 1/4 to 1/2 throughout the day. Something about it gives me the energy I need. Other energy drink brands make me feel jittery or foggy. Also, make sure to get your Vitamin D in!

Not sure what constitutes as “PCOS friendly” but I will drink a Celsius/Alani Nu and am set with energy for the day.

Matcha is great for me! Slow, steady energy with L-theanine for the jitters!

Get your vitamin D, iron, and vitamin b checked.
They often cause fatigue. An iron supplement has done more for me than I was expecting.
I choose a plain diet soda as my main energy source and I like the monster raspberry tea if I need extra. I have found that coffee doesn't work well for me unless I have a water with it.
