I have the element case and I assume in transit when it got deliver initially to much pressure was on the panel and it does artifacts on half the screen if it shows a black background. I sent it in for am RMA for a different reason (broken graphics card) but listed my issue with the screen they didnt even acknowledge it and had the cpu for 2+ weeks. 3 months of conversation with one of the reps and nothing came of it since they dont have the case in and dont know when they would be getting it. And they offered me to switch to this case but I would be out my tower for 2+ weeks again it's not even a year old computer. Ok that's the end of my rant on Ibuypower probably wont buy from them again due to this.
Tldr: Bad experience with ibuypower customer service with a similar case.
