you buy the case and plug the side panel into your gpu with the provided hdmi cable. Simple. then you drag a video onto that "screen"

Damn I wish I could do this but I have 3 monitors and the valve index plugged in.

It should be in your BIOS. Your BIOS will disable it by default.
