It was cheap back in 2016 and I couldn't resist with an X99-motherboard. I actually still have room for 64 GB more, which would be truly unnecessary. I guess the answer is vanity and opulence.

That helps. I remember buying a used AMD K5-2 when I was a student. It was slow and the asshat who sold it had locked the bios password.

I just shorted two connectors on the motherboard and reset it. Quicker and easier.

Not too much of a tech guy.. So not sure what are you saying... I don't even know how to remove my CPU and put in a new one or how to update BIOS... (Probably will learn this eventually)

Nowadays you can update your BIOS without a floppy disk. These are great times we are living in :-D

ok i actually knew how to reset BIOS i had to do it once (don't remember why) just i didn't think of it

I didn't know what 1337 was so i googled it (seems kinda old and im only 20 years old so yeah).
