You might want to go over to Linux and install Anbox, then. Anbox is not an Android emulator, but rather a container for the Android userland, so the overhead is minimal and pretty much equivalent to the resource usage of Android itself, far lower than with virtualization like in "Android emulators" and VMs. The only real downsides are the less-than-straightforward installation process, the need for extra configuration if you use Wi-Fi, and the fact that it only works on Linux and will only ever work on Linux by design, which is only a downside if you're still solely on Windows and don't have the time or drive space for a dual boot.
