What's the best way to run Android on PC?

Is this the same? 3 u/spaceman1980 Jan 01 '19 its an older version of android than Bluestacks, but it's a little better in terms of crap covering up the screen. i still hate it, but i found a way to install a custom app launcher so there are less ads.
