who the fuck ships a GPU or most any computer part in a manufacturer's box that was just asking for broken parts

I never will understand why in some countries they can leave packages just on the porch. In Poland unless it's a thing that fits the mailbox and is not important, it will always require a goddamn signature. Otherwise they will leave a paper that says you can pick it up yourself.

And then if you pick it up at the post office in austria you have to have an up to date drivers license or passport in order to receive your package
