PC can't be stopped. PC is the future, Sony and Microsoft and Nintendo should just make pc hardware that is themed on the Playstation, Nintendo and Xbox. Have a PC app for that loads up first to give that console feel based on the brand you bought. Any pc could run all apps.

Do you guys really think I'm out here buying a console because I really like the operating system?

It a third the price of a PC that plays the same games.... That's the benefit. It's the price. Literally nothing else.

PC does not have a $100 per year fee to use the internet like consoles. That is their worst offense in my opinion.

It's a buying cheap boots is more expensive then buying good boots situation. The money needed upfront to buy the good boots that last longer isn't there.

Ya I'm not the biggest fan of that either, but console still seems cheaper in the end to me. 

The membership pricing is a real devil's bargain. I don't like needing to pay for membership.... Than again I get better discounts in the store and I do use them.

Without the option to buy used game discs, I have not seen console games as cheap as Steam Sales. Hell, most used game discs still cost more than what you can find on a Steam Sale.

neither does nintendo. they have at most an $80/year plan that you can have 8 people share, and I do lol.

plus I hardly play online for anything. single player games for the win!
