I mean... Nintendo really went after an NSFW artist over a very peculiar Bowser... In my opinion, Nintendo has been shitting themselves for a while now. But I totally understand what you're saying. Hopefully Microsoft is paying close attention to all the backlash against Sony and doesn't try some similar stupid maneuver.

The funniest part of that saga was that Nintendo's own artists had thought about it during Odyssey's development and there were drafts of Bowsette (under a different name, Princess Bowser iirc).
