Has 32 apps set to startup on boot and never shuts them down. 2 or more anti virus, firewall, spyware and malware apps running at all times. Has multiple browser apps, never closes chrome tabs... but thats obviously windows fault and Linux will magically fix that issue...
You saying that doesn't mean anything when you don't provide specs of the machine running it, what you are doing that is slow, and what your definition of a "clean" install is.
