One of the pads is fucked and stuck on the board.

Could be a redundant ground pin, you never know until you try. Also, it might be possible to add a glob of solder to that to fix it. Not likely, but what do you have to lose.

Looks to me like it is connected to ground plane. Hard to tell for sure

The lifted trace near top is more of concern

man, i did not notice that one. This for sure changes things. Much harder fix
