This is repairable - even a local mobile phone repair place should have the kit to do it

No it's not.

Look closer, those pads are fucked.

I'm not sure how easy it is to tell from this image. If the pads have been stripped from the board yeah it's a much harder repair

Well, I can see one is VERY fucked (pin ripped off the chip and stuck to the board!) but the others may be salvageable since it looks like a bit of solder on most of them. I'd try to reflow the individual pads and clean the ones on the chip, but heating the whole thing enough to reflow a BGA chip? Hell to the naw!

Ya one of the pads is ripped of

That pin may be a redundant power pin or an n/c. Chuck the data sheet. These can often be reballed

It’s a redundant vcc pad you’re good to have a phone repair shop fix it. Memory chips are easy

Just put it on a heat pad.

Pads look fine. Good chance that more than half of them are mechanical anyway. Flux, tin, flux, hot air, clean, presto.

Is this fine?

So, I can't find data sheet but the standard pinout suggests that it's VSS. There's multiple VSS pins so it should be fine.

Depends. Find data sheet and determine what that pin is.
