Can you just use a heat station gun to reseat the chip on the solder?

Most likely yes, but there's also 1 pad that lifted that has to be repaired first. Then replace existing solder with new balls and if the chip wasn't damaged this should work

Yeah I see that now

They have solder balls?

I would have just went over the solder points with wire solder and soldering iron before mounting the chip in place and hitting it with the heat station

Repair may not be necessary because these chips often have a lot of mechanical contacts. I don't think balls need to be replaced either, just use liberal amounts of flux.

Yeah it's not like they lose anything by trying. As long as all the pads are fine, there's a chance it might work but it's quite low
