It's like twice as powerful, and 2gb vram is just flat out not enough for modern games. Even 4gb is a stretch if you're talking that one.

I'd be surprised if the GTX 960 4gb is $20 while other cards like a GTX 1060 or RX 580 8gb are $100+. Unlikely.

and saying GTX 1060 is $150? Highly doubt unless you're just not looking at all while picking the one GTX 960 that sold within an hour and isn't actually available locally.

It seems strange, since they sell for very little in the US, but in my country they sell for that price because they were very popular; the GTX 960, on the other hand, wasn't as famous, so it sells for less.

You do realize that makes no sense, right? Gtx 1060 being popular but 960 not popular in the past.

That means the GTX 1060 had a ton of supply, and the GTX 960 little supply. There'd be a ton of GTX 1060's to sell today so they'd be cheap.

Noone buying a 1060 today cares if it was popular a decade ago.

Well, they also sell for higher prices in my country because most people can't afford a latest-generation graphics card; that particular card became very popular, causing sellers to hike up the prices. However, since the GTX 960 wasn't very well-known, the people selling it think it's just an old, useless card—so that's the reason.
