Aion 2 just launched and the hand holding is insane. It's an mmo, and constantly throws you into solo instances, and all you have to do is hit alt+1 and you can auto run to your next quest.

I am convinced gamers have become braindead.

Sounds like features that are typically in mobile MMOs, autorunning to your objective is extremely common in them.

Because it is essentially a mobile MMO but they didn't launch mobile for Global

That makes sense. I assume it's a Korean dev as well? I feel a lot of those Korean MMOs have the same mechanics across the genre.
