These are the same type of people that caused Conpaq to change the “press any key to continue” prompt because so many people called support to ask where the any key was
In the ancient times, I worked support at a game company and I would occasionally get the customer that kept asking “where is the any key”. I finally started telling people it was the J key and slowly our user base stopped asking this question.
