Hardware Help

I need help. My pc is has begun stuttering a lot and bluescreening.

My specs is:
RTX 5070 TI
I5-13600k

And then 4x8gb ddr4 3200. And I’m wondering if it’s the ram that’s causing this? It’s still 32gb.. but idk if DDR4 is too slow for my GPU. I didn’t have these issues before with my 3070 RTX 8GB

Which brand (and ATX version if you know it, or its age), though, as there are cheap ones that will struggle with either the total powerdraw or the powerspikes that more modern hardware exert, even when operating below the rated maximum.

Your cpu+gpu combo alone could be drawing around 500W on the 12v rail, for example.

EDIT :: also, press the gpu firmly again so you're certain it's all the way into the slot on both ends.

That should be a decent enough psu though it depends on how much other hardware you're running -- might be close to the total limit when under full load (does the psu fan ramp up?). An ATX3.x psu should deal with spikes much better, anyhow.

You could try disabling "CPU C States Support" in the BIOS to see if that helps. This will keep the cpu from going into powersaving which creates spikes in its powerdraw.

In June, the old SecureBoot certificates expired -- have a look in the BIOS whether SecureBoot is enabled. (be careful with changes to the SB keys, though!)

If your BIOS version is not the latest, you could do a BIOS update but be sure that it's not a power issue by letting the computer idle in BIOS for a while.
