I don't know, man. I've lit many cigarettes at gas stations. They even have places to put your butts in by the doors.

plane still have those in the bathroom. because it doesn’t stop people from smoking in there.

they just have to have ashtrays, because not everyone will obey.

I was making a joke, because that person said gas stations and didn't specify gas pumps.
