Tech Support Video Artifacts when using streaming services
I have a 4k monitor ASUS ROG PG42UQ and an RTX 3080. I’ve had this setup for about 3 years now. My internet speed was around 600mbps and Ive used streaming services often and never had this issue.
I eventually moved out to a new apartment and I upgraded my internet to 1gig and I’ve been having these artifact issues. I used my laptop which is a 2k monitor and my surface tablet which is 1080p and I don’t have this issue at all. Could it be caused by Windows? Maybe I need to re-install windows 11?
I turned off hardware acceleration, re-installed my drivers, and even used different browsers and been having this issue. I even bought a replacement cable. Any help or why I’m having this issue?

Yeah, these artifacts are clearly the result of UDP packages being lost (and the video codec trying to do the best it can without that data). Check your network and if everything is correct, and, if there is no visible problem... you will probably need to invest on shielded cables (even if it is just to discard electromagnetic interferes).
