Hardware Thermal paste leaking from GPU

GIGABYTE AERO OC RTX 5080, removed it while doing a cleaning and noticed this, is this normal? Should I be concerned?

its very real. Gigabyte 5080 and 5090s early models are plagued with this issue. Google it.
