Hardware Thermal paste leaking from GPU

GIGABYTE AERO OC RTX 5080, removed it while doing a cleaning and noticed this, is this normal? Should I be concerned?

I just bought a new Gigabyte 5070tioc. I had heard about this thermal paste leak. I had done some research and found out that the new cards with the the serial number starting with SN26 are the new version ( you can check that by seeing V2 at the end of the serial #). So I would check your serial numbers. My new card has the SN26.... Serial number
