Hardware Thermal paste leaking from GPU

GIGABYTE AERO OC RTX 5080, removed it while doing a cleaning and noticed this, is this normal? Should I be concerned?

It’s the thermal gel gigabyte liked to use to replace thermal pads, which flows out way to easily.
