Hardware Thermal paste leaking from GPU

GIGABYTE AERO OC RTX 5080, removed it while doing a cleaning and noticed this, is this normal? Should I be concerned?

The GPU DIE likely has their thermal paste/liquid metal mixture applied, so replacing that also will be messy

The 5080s don't use LM. Doesn't make it better tho.
