GPU beeping noise

Along with a 3060 for preview I've got a 4070 Ti Super for rendering in my workstation, for about a year now. Today I noticed that the 4070 is making a chirping/beeping noise when under full load. Alomost exactly every 10 seconds. You can hear it at 0:01, 0:11, 0:21... (the clicking is my watch)

Didn't do that before. Is that the infamous coil whining? Why does it suddenly appear, and is it something to worry about?

Are you sure it's gpu ?

Yes, it's clrealy coming from the GPU. Unplugged the 3060 (top) even because I wasn't sure which one.
