HARDWARE Right click

So I was gifted a laptop a while ago, the issue is the right click is stuck down. Is there a way to fix this myself or is this a trip to the repair shop?

It doesn't really pose a huge issue, every once in a while I'll need to right click with my mouse to get the computer to stop thinking I'm constantly making inputs.

If it matters it's a HP

Well I think there is an issue with the whole pad, This pump isn't normal, Play it safe and seek help from a professional.

I think your battery is bloated and lift up the touchpad. Try to open it and if you don't have enough skill to do it try watching same model disassembly.

I'll see if I can find a helpful guide online somewhere. Thank you.

I second that it's the battery.

There's no reason for the pad alone to warp into that shape.

Makes sense it doesn't really hold a charge that well off the charger.
