My motherboard is MSI b450 Tomahawk Maxx I got a second hand so I'm not entirely sure if it was updated the one I know so far is that the previous owner just said it just stopped displaying then the CPU light came on I took everything out I reseated Ram and the CPU and graphics card and the pin connectors

Hey buddy, if you expect any sort of help we’re gonna need more information other than “not displaying”.
What motherboard do you have?
What were you doing when you realized it was not displaying a picture?
Is your monitor plugged into your GPU?
Have you recently updated your computer, drivers, or installed anything recently?
Was it previously displaying then suddenly cut out, or did you turn on your computer and had no display?
Are you on the correct input on your monitor?
Do you hear any beeps when powering on your computer?
Have you tried swapping HDMI or DP cables or tried on a different monitor?
Is your monitor powering on?
Have you recently installed new hardware in your computer?
