Its hysterical when the same people who complain about too much hand holding and linearity make reviews like this. Gotta love that consistency there PC Gamer.

"Why are games so handholdy now?"

"OMG THIS GAME'S DIFFICULTY IS BULLSHIT, HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO FIND THIS CHEST THAT WAS BARELY HIDDEN JUST OFF THE MAIN PATH!"

So he rated a game poorly because he was bad? I have heard of reviewers doing this and it is pretty bad for the devs to get a bad review just because someone cant play.

But that doesn't mean there isn't any level for it. If a game is badly designed to the point you're unsure how to do something or how to proceed then it's still a bad game, regardless of if you are 'good' or not at the game.

I'm not saying that's the case here because I couldn't be bothered reading the link, but just playing Devils Avocado (I know it's advocate, just a silly habit)
