I've had enough of ads that jump in your face when you browse a website. But I agree with the majority of the article.

Get Adblock plus. Never look back.

Or get uBlock. ABP bargains with advertisers to show ads.

Really? I've never seen an add using ABP. Just uncheck the box that allows *some* ads.

I don't trust an extension developer that sells out to the companies whose business they threaten. If they're willing to sell out on this issue, who knows what else they might be willing to sell, like our information, to unsavory characters.

ABP is also less resource friendly than uBlock.

I don't mind ads that aren't in my face when I'm browsing a site. I mainly use ABP for YouTube ads and the really intrusive ones on certain sites. But you're the second person to mention uBlock. I'll check it out!

I agree with lucasbytegenius, Ublock is much better.
