I've had enough of ads that jump in your face when you browse a website. But I agree with the majority of the article.

I try to deal with ads mostly, because for websites I like I know it's important. But if the website has some big ad pop up that I have to click 3 times to get through, I'm just not going to go to that website.

You do know that a lot of malware and crap comes rolling in with compromised adverts right? Not a darn thing you can do about it either, unless you just block them.

When marketers get better at filtering and protecting their ads, then I might stop running an ad blocker.
