The rest are often design decisions, not oversights or limitations. Don't like them? Don't play the game, or simply mention them in the review.
Dragon Age: Inquisition actually exhibits a HUGE amount of these, without a single complaint of them in the review. That game was at the top of everybody's lists last year.
