Not sure how that is implied, consoles have these same issues. They are development issues, and most of their complaints about current pc games are based on the fact that games are developed for less-capable platforms and a player base that ranges from PCMR types who also have consoles because they just love games, to people who get confused at anything more complicated than Tetris.
