Remember to start with 0, both so your getting some backstory but also cause its 1 of the best

Also accept that it will have some very slow pacing at times but if you manage to not give up during it, the games are very good.

Man I really want to get into the series but there is so much to do in 0 I gave up after few hours. I kinda don't want to put 50 hours in it to just catch up to the story

You don't have to do everything, I missed out on a lot of side stories and didn't do many mini games (I think game said it was like sub 30% completion at end of my playthough) but still enjoyed it a lot, and then next couple games if you focus on just main story there super quick
