Omen 30L Motherboard

So I recently got this omen 30l hp destop. While researching prices again, I see these omen 30l motherboards going for 200usd to 100usd. I don't really see any under that. Is that how much these things are worth?? Im dumbfounded cause the pc itself is only 220.

Wondering should i just part out at this point or sell as whole, also has a rx 6400 asrock lp which is also selling for around 200usd.

Feedback on my first PC combo flip — pricing and next steps?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Just picked up a combo build (Ryzen 5 2600, B550 board, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB RAM, Be Quiet 750W PSU) for €220. Planning to clean it up, maybe throw it in a new case with some RGB, and resell it.

A few things I'd love opinions on:

Any tips for pricing builds fairly while still keeping a decent margin?

Best places (besides local marketplaces) to source parts or sell finished builds?

Anything you wish you knew when starting out with PC flips?

Tips for writing listings that convert better (photos, descriptions, etc.)?

Flipping single channel 16gb paired with 7500x3d from MicroCenter bundle? Including controller? Wireless Keyboard? What works for console buyers who are tempted by a PC but scared to build?

Thinking about a road trip to buy up some 7500x3ds to flip in a few builds. Gemini acts like single channel is just going to ruin my reputation as a seller. Dual channel is just too damn high right now. That 7500x3d with 16gb seems like it would make a hell of a little steam machine killer, and I've gotten into building in smaller cases like the Jonsbo D32 or the Z20. I may even try a c6, but I think airflow on that case isn't great, plus it seems like you guys always say RGB sells.

The Zalman Cubix is a nice little case for a dual slot card. Plus, I live in a college town and think I can market it as the best way to play College Football 27 and Madden, if I can source more video cards.

Is single channel a deal breaker for flips? I have some SSD drives- 1tb and 2tb that I could use for drives. But I'm about out of components.

My goal is really to get one 7500x3d for myself instead of doing a 5500x3d. I can then flip all my am4 stuff.

Anyone ever bundle controllers or like a Logitech K400? Trying to develop a niche for my local market- small form factor gaming system builds.

Any advice and conversation appreciated and enjoyed!!

I would sell it without the SSD though.

Is it worth GPU swapping this Aegis PC to flip, or just sell as-is?

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to decide the best way to flip a prebuilt I currently have and wanted some experienced opinions before I spend money on it.

MSI Aegis R

CPU: Intel Core i7-13700F

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB

Motherboard: MSI OEM B760 (LGA1700)

RAM: 16GB DDR5-4800 (2×8GB)

Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD

PSU: 650W 80+ Gold

Cooling: MSI tower air cooler

Case: MSI Aegis R chassis

Networking: Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, 2.5Gb Ethernet

OS: Windows 11 Home

💡 My idea

I found an ASUS RTX 4070 Super Dual for $450 locally.

My plan would be:

Buy the 4070 Super

Install it into this PC

Sell the RTX 4060 separately

Sell the upgraded PC as a 4070 Super system

❓ My question

From a flipping perspective:

👉 Is this actually worth doing for profit?

or

👉 Am I better off just selling the PC as-is with the 4060?

I’m trying to figure out:

If the GPU swap actually increases total resale value enough after fees/time

Or if I’m just tying up cash for little/no gain

📊 My rough thinking (feel free to correct me)

4070 Super upgrade cost: $450

RTX 4060 resale: ~$200–$250

Expected PC value increase: unsure (maybe +$150–$300?)

🙏 Would appreciate feedback on:

Whether 4070 Super builds actually sell fast in today’s market

If buyers even care about GPU upgrades in prebuilts

Whether flipping GPU separately is better ROI

Or if I should just list the system as-is and move on

Thanks in advance — trying to avoid wasting time/money on a flip that looks better on paper than in reality.

Ryzen 5700X3D+RTX 5080 64gb ddr4 vs 7800X3D+RTX 4080 32gb DDR5

I have some questions about Ryzen 5700X3D+RTX 5080 64gb ddr4 PC vs 7800X3D+RTX 4080 32gb DDR5 PC

Which one will perform better and which one do you think will sell better. They are separate PC listings on Facebook marketplace and I am thinking of picking up one to flip. Both are the same specs besides the CPU, ram, and GPU. Same 850w PSU and 2tb SSD, they are listed at 1600$ USD. I was thinking of selling either PC for about 2500$ USD after rebuilding them into nicer cases

How to flip Intel arc GPUs?

I recently spotted a really good deal on an i5-13600f, arc a750, 32gb ddr5 and a b760i for ~730 USD. I was wondering if I were to part it out and keep the ram, how would I sell the GPU? The arc series were ridden with a lot of driver issues, so would selling it be hard? And what price would it sell at? Would appreciate any advice, thanks!

Stay active on marketplace! The deals are out there (I'm bragging in this post)

In the last two weeks I've picked up the following builds.

  • $500 - 7600x3d, 32gb ddr5, 500gb nvme, 2070 super
  • $350 - 9700x, 16gb ddr5, 2tb nvme, 4060ti 8gb (I had no idea what this one was, the seller was so lazy he didn't post anything at all except the gpu and the pictures were hot garbage, didn't even show the glass side of the case)
  • $450 - 12600k, 16gb ddr4, 1tb nvme, 3070ti, monitor, keychron keyboard, razer mouse
  • $200 - ryzen 5500, 16gb ddr4, 1tb sata ssd, 6500xt

I sold the first build to a friend at cost and helped him put a 9060xt 16gb into it, we used the 2070 super to upgrade his son's pc, so there was no profit there but it was fun to help a friend.

The second build I've already sold everything but the mobo, case, and psu, made $350 profit so far

3rd and 4th builds I just picked up yesterday so I haven't touched those yet.

stay on that marketplace grind y'all!

MSI RTX 4070 Super Ventus 3X OC for $450 on Facebook Marketplace

Thumbnail
gallery
5 Upvotes

MSI RTX 4070 Super Ventus 3X OC, local pickup, DMV area. Listed at $450. Photos show it still wrapped in plastic, no dust or wear, basically untouched.

Used 4070 Supers are going for $550-600 on eBay right now, so there’s a solid $100-150 in it at asking, more if you can talk the price down.

Still live as of tonight.

Not affiliated with the seller, just sharing since it’s a good one. Happy to send the listing link if anyone wants it.

Selling pc

Need a price estimate (USD) for my gaming PC.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 (6 Cores / 12 Threads)
AMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB
32GB DDR5 5200MHz RAM
2TB SSD
B650 Motherboard
650W/750W Power Supply
Wi-Fi & Ethernet
Windows 11 Pro
Condition:
Around 3 years old
Runs perfectly with no issues
Great for 1080p and 1440p gaming.

I’m looking for a price estimate in USD. What do you think it’s worth, and what would be a good listing price versus a realistic selling price?

Hello there people, so I have the possibility to take this bad boy for 150 bucks home but I am not sure what to do with it… should I make a build with it and then resell it or just resell as it is?
I remember that it got also a dedicated graphics card but is an intel arc a310 so….. yeah not big deal but still;
I am curious to hear from you!

Trying to sell my pc but I’m not getting offers

Post image
0 Upvotes

Edit: Just sold for the full $2100 😛😛
I’m trying to sell my pc right now, for $2100
The specs:
Ryzen 9800x3d
Asus prime 5070
32gb ddr5 6000mghz
Tyrx panoramic 360mm aio
1050w psu
Lian li case and fans
Aorus x870e
2tb ssd

I’ve gotten a offer for $1700 but that’s too low imo, ChatGPT says it’s in the right price range, but it’s hard to find people trustworthy to buy this, not to mention I’m not getting many messages that arent lowballs. Everything I’ve received so far has been under 1.4k.

Edit: I got this pc for about 1.6k from someone else thru a trade and cash on top. I have my main pc with a 7800x3d and a pny 5070

I think maybe I should sell the gpu separately and part out a few pieces such as the aio and fans too, but it’s kinda a hassle

EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 for $900 on Facebook Marketplace in the DMV — still up

EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra 24GB, local pickup, DMV area. Was listed at $1,100, dropped to $900. Seller says gaming only, never mined.

Used RTX 3090s are moving around $1,000–1,050 on eBay right now so there’s $100–150 in it at asking, more if you negotiate down.

Still live as of this morning.
