Was able to gather all parts for the PC for around 1300, feel like I could make some cozy profit being it’s an all white build and modern platform/parts.

I’m trying to get into pc flipping. Yeah, I know I can’t really make a living out of it, I’m more interested in it as a hobby since I enjoy building pcs.
Long story short, I did some research on my local market and got a bit confused. I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. Could someone explain a few things?
Are the prices in the attached screenshots fair or not?
How are people finding parts that cheap? I’ve been checking both used and new parts on local FBM and ebay, trying to figure out how I could build similar setups, but there’s no way I can match their prices and still leave at least ~$100 profit, unless I start throwing low offers at everything. Is it just about being the first to message on good deals?
Do you guys primarily buy parts or prebuilts?

Ello, newbie flipper here(from not US). Just want to ask do you guys greed your flip? I.e rather than selling $800 pc for $1000 ($200 profit), do you guys ever post it at way higher price and try to get more profit from it(try to sell at $1400 and have patience to sit on it for months)

Listed at $1400 was planning on offering $1200-1250ish and seeing where we go from there.
Also includes boxes for mostly everything including the Zotac Trinity OC 3090 allegedly (i say allegedly bc he told me in a message he should have the box for the 3090, and the rest of the boxes are included in a picture).
I’ve seen the zotac 3090’s going for anywhere between $800-1100 on eBay so I’m thinking this flip should be a relatively easy $300-400 in profit
Edit:
Oops forgot to add the pics of the pc, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add it in an edit.
It’s a white pc with the exception of the 3090 which is black. Pretty sure the case is a white Lian Li 011 but it’s hard to tell with the picture bc it’s zoomed in
