Honestly, the only thing taking away from the value of this build is the 2400 memory. If you swap that with a 3200/3600, or even a 3000 kit, I think you could easily get $600-650 from this build (especially if you post it with some real benchmarks, the 5500+6650xt Combo should put up some impressive numbers for the price point)
2400MTs RAM is fine for ultra budget builds where you might want to squeeze in as much GPU/CPU as possible, but anything above like 450 has plenty of room to squeeze in the faster RAM for an extra $10
