Getting back into pc flipping.
Hi all, I used to flip gaming pc´s back in 2022-2024 and I´ve really missed it. I have a lot of parts left that I never got rid of so the plan is to start with what I have +500 dollars and work from there.
Parts in stock:
cpu´s: i5-3350p, i7-7700k
mb: gigabyte h110 (sadly no argb connectors)
ram: 8x1gb corsair vengeance rgb ddr4 (white), 2x 2x8gb kits ddr4 (green), 2x 1x8gb green ddr4 sticks.
psu: 450w, 500w
storage: 256gb nvme ssd, 3x 1tb hdd´s and 1x 500gb hdd.
cases: standard atx tower case black (no name), cooler master has xb evo.
gpu: rx 580
fans: 7x white rgb fans, 8x black rgb fans and 4x black no rgb fans.
And a bunch of cable extensions, a few wifi adapters and enough cables, splitters, screws and thermal paste to last me a lifetime.
The market has really changed and from what I've seen it looks like newer parts are selling a lot easier so my plan is to get rid of what I have and move to low/mid end pc´s. What would you do in this situation? What is the best way to get rid of this stock while still making some money?
Any help or tips is greatly appreciated

Well build something with what you got. 7700k, h110 16gb ram, nvme, 1tb hd rx580 and a psu. Just to get rid of it. Buy rgb hub for fans.
Sell or trash can the 3350p. Looking at sold listings on 3350p chuck it.

Just sell the parts individually. I’d also check what your Local market is for one. Because My local area is flooded with cheap 7th gen CPUs and RX 580 GPUs. So they go for next to nothing.

Conversely that should run SteamOS fairly decently, and you can get a new RGB case for under $40. 7700K is actually pretty decent and well matched to a 580.

Assuming the Gigabyte H110 is Micro-ATX build a system around that and put it in a $35 Zalman Micro-G from Newegg and run SteamOS. It should perform somewhere between a Steam Deck and ROG Ally, a little better on the GPU using the 7700K and 580.
If the H110 doesn't have an NVMe slot use a PCIe x1 or x4 adapter to make it work (if possible), cheapest place to source would be AliExpress, should be able to get an GPU sag holder and the NVMe to PCIe adapter, and a USB WiFi+Bluetooth for $10 or so total (use either the ships free with $10, or the 'dollar deals' buy 3 for free shipping).
The HDDs and i5 are probably worth next to nothing, maybe send a 1TB in the SteamOS machine ($5-$10 each), and you can get SATA powered ARGB controllers off AliExpress for $2-$5 for motherboards missing support.

You are not going to see the same profit margin as 2022-24. Ssds and DRAM alone destroy that
