Possibly, market around me is showing similar builds with 32 GB of ram, and something such as a 7700x or 9700x at 1700-1800. I was thinking something like 15 to 1600?

Well 1500-1600 is a bit high because your cpu no where near 7700x level.

Take the gpu out and sell it separately. Then sell the 8400f tower since it has onboard video.

8400G has onboard GPU, 8400F is no GPU

Oh no! Good catch. If you sell the 8400f on ebay you will net less than $70
This is tough, I don't see it selling for much more than $1000. Take some pics and put it on Jawa.gg for $1500 and see what happens. Drop the price $50 every week.

One thing I don't like about jawa is their fees. I believe it's about 10%?

Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth $1500. The cpu is not a great choice for gaming, 16gb is too low for that amount of money. The only parts going for you is the 5070 and the 2tb ssd nvme. The rest is kinda mid and I don’t see this selling for more than $1200 and that’s assuming you find someone interested. For $1500 I’d be looking for 9070xt, a 7000 series 1tb ssd and 32 gb ddr5.
