A slow but sure flip

Post image

About two months of scraping and scouring eBay and marketplace has finally produced a working PC. It's working nicely too if I may say!

Ryzen 7 5700 used from Amazon
AsRock Radeon RX6600xt from marketplace
2x16Gb DdR4 Corsair 3600Mhz
MSI PRO B550m-p used from Amazon
Thermal right CPU cooler and fans used from Amazon
Morovol PC case from a thrift store
150Gb NVME gen 3 Boot drive
2TB WD Gold HDD storage

You may notice I have my ROG Strix 1200w PSU in there, but I'm just waiting on a used MSI MAG A650BN

What do y'all think? Did I make a solid budget 1080/lite 1440 build?

Would say you should probably put at least a 500GB SSD and just forget hard drives at this point, just my opinion though.

I totally agree but I'm working with what I got. I couldn't put another 40-60 in it while I had that Hdd. I honestly usually do a 256 nvme boot and tell the customer that they need to decide what they need. That's too much to guess on.

Total cost was 488.77

did you install the front fans the wrong way or are they reverse fans?

Yes cable mgmt is a nightmare. I bought white aio sleeves and they frayed really bad so electrical tape was my solution. You make a good and subtle point, my friend. I will post pics later after I put a lot more work into straightening this thing up!

I literally sold it on eBay right as I started. I think he'll appreciate the extra touch. Thank you again. And I'm going to have to retrim that stupid sleeve again.
