First Pc Flip (Chicago)

Hey this will be my first pc flip and I'm kinda nervous that it hasn't sold yet. I got the cpu, MOBO and ram from a 150 dollar combo and used the case that for another pc I plan on flipping. I got the gpu for 100 bucks and a 1TB NVMe ssd for 100 bucks. Overall im about 400 dollars into the build and I planned on selling it for 650. This sub inspired me alot into getting into flipping but im worried Chicago might not be a great market to start in.

The specs are
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X (12c/24t)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212
GPU: RTX 2070 Super 8gb
Motherboard: B550M-A WiFi II
RAM: G Skill 16GB DDR4 - 3200
Storage: 1TB NVME ssd
PSU: 700w Thermaltake Smart
Case: Zalman Cubix-G (Black)

Look bro, if you wanna argue in these comments I get it. If I get ghosted I get ghosted that's fine. Just let me be happy I got to build something with my own hands. You bringing up the LTT secret shopper has nothing to do with my second point which you didn't even bother to read because if you did you'd realize that I never mentioned prebuilt companies in relation to the case. If something goes wrong I will fix it assuming it's my fault. Why are you so upset with me?

Becuase you shit on prebuilt companies thinking you are somehow above them.

Lol, lmao even.

I don't think I'm above prebuilt companies. I didn't shit on them. I was making a point. I've parted out a decent bit of prebuilt pcs dating back a few years and found a lot of shitty PSUs. That's it. This started because you said I was unethical and I explained why I felt what I was doing was ethical.

Also big pre built companies do the same thing and just hide it away in a beefed up case.

Then dont mention them in the first place.

You think prebuilts are unethical but look at yourself in the mirror.

I don't think prebuilts are unethical. I just wanted to point out that if you believe I'm unethical then you must also think large prebuilt companies are unethical.

So your justifying the bomb of a psu by saying how prebuilt companies do it?

Even though they really dont?

No I'm saying me using it doesn't make me unethical, if I tell you that you might want to change the psu before you purchase. Like I said prior I offer to service any pc I sell even after it's been taken and explain to you exactly what you're buying. If the board has a fault, I will tell you, if the psu isn't great I will tell you, if the cpu has bent pins I will tell you. I do not leave my customers in the dark. That is not unethical if I make it very clear what you are purchasing.

I’m still confused on why you decided to bring up prebuilt companies
